Administrative Assistant Internship

– Creation and animation of accounts WeChat / Weibo / QQ oversea

– The implementation of online & offline communication plans

– The deployment of Chinese mobile payment solutions Online and POS (WeChat Pay & Alipay)

At our headquarters in Paris La Défense, we are looking for a intern to assist the administrative, financial and HR manager.

Missions:

– Participate in administrative and financial tasks related to the company and the team

– Drafting of employment contracts, requests for work authorization and mutual affiliation

– Management of relations with various social organizations

– Management of the invoicing of the company, revival of payments

– Participate in tenders: preparation of applications including the administrative offer
